CAP Services

Day support- Day supports provide assistance with acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization and adaptive skills, which take place in a non-residential setting, separate from the home or facility in which the participant resides.

Supportive Employment- Supported Employment Services provide assistance with choosing, acquiring, and maintaining a job for participants ages 16 and older for whom competitive employment has not been achieved and /or has been interrupted or intermittent.

Home and Community Services

  • Personal Care Services (PCS) covers the services of an aide in the recipients private residence to assist with the recipient personal care needs that are directly linked to a medical condition.

  • Respite (Non Institutional) is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for a family member.
